I have never been a breakfast person. When I was a teenager I never wanted breakfast. If I did it was dry cereal or marmite on toast, then pancakes on special occasions. But I would never go out of my way to make breakfast. Since I started having problems with my POTS I noticed I really needed to eat in the morning to feel okay. When I first embarked on this change of lifestyle I just had oatcakes and peanut butter for a long time but that got boring quickly. So I came up with these:
