Keeping Warm

Staying warm is essential for managing pain and fatigue during colder months. Here are my favourite ways to stay cosy:

Electric Throw Blanket

This is my go-to for staying warm on the sofa. With multiple heat settings and a timer, it’s perfect for heating yourself rather than the entire room.

Snhug Sit Blanket

Designed for sitting, this blanket features an adjustable zip waist and foot pocket, making it ideal for wheelchair users. While it’s not perfect, it’s a fantastic start for accessible design.

Stoov Big Hug

This heated seat pad is perfect for wheelchairs or any chair. Rechargeable with three heat settings, it’s a lifesaver for keeping warm on the go. It’s like a heated seat in a car but you can take it anywhere and everywhere!

Rechargeable hand warmers

Eco-friendly and easy to charge, these hand warmers are powerful, long-lasting, and fit perfectly in pockets or gloves.

Hot water bottles

Always check the expiry date on your hot water bottle to avoid accidents. The flower logo indicates the year it was made. Replace bottles every 2-3 years for safety.
